The biggest aqua park in Kiev will start to function on the third floor of Dream Town shopping mall in June of the current year. The general area of water surface in the aqua park will come to 4 thousand square meters.
According to information of www.socmart.com.ua Company, along with the aqua park, SPA-centers with beauty salons, solariums and other services, accompanying the aqua zone, are planned to be located there. It became known from words of co-owner of Dream Town Gary Kogorodskiy in the framework of the conference, held at the end of October.
He also stated that conception and design of the park were completely ready: five swimming pools of middle depth and 15 waterslides of different levels would be located there.
According to G. Kogorodskiy, additional investing of block “B”, considering the resolved decision to place the aqua park there, comes to about 20 million dollars. It`s likely that the aqua park will function round-the –clock, its services are expected to cost about 180-190 hryvnas on weekends without time restrictions.
According to Yuriy Glava, the Technical Director of Dream Town, the management of the project realizes all the responsibility for its realization. That is why the approach to construction is maximally responsible, all existing construction standards, which provide for increase of safety factor thrice, are considered. The project on construction of the second line of the shopping mall has all the endorsements and licenses, which are necessary for that.
According to information from specialists of “Socmart” Company, the General Director of the shopping mall Grygoriy Kolodach stated that the process of concluding contacts with anchor tenants in the second line of the shopping mall had been started. Tenants are selected very carefully, on the basis of spheres of their activity and their correspondence to the profile of the shopping mall.
The subject area of the aqua park will be devoted to the novel “The Lost World” by Arthur Conan Doyle. Most readers are acquainted with this writer from his famous novels about Sherlock Holmes, the hero of his numerous works.
