Besides, such areas can be allocated in every district of the city and in industrial areas. So everyone who wants to create can practice their skills without damaging cultural-historic objects and property of territorial community.
In the nearest time we are ready to address district administrations with this initiative” – Deputy Chairman of Kiev City State Administration Aleksandr Mazurchak said.
It should be reminded that the Deputy Chairman of KCSA Aleksandr Mazurchak has recently expressed his opinion and supported the initiative of allowing graffiti painting only in specially allocated places and mentioned the necessity of forbidding unauthorized painting on architectural objects of the capital.
