There is a fund of museum in archive-museum (CSAMLA), created on base of personal memorial things of artists of Ukrainian culture and art. The fund of museum consists of above 20 thousands objects. In fact, the exposition presents a complex of memorial cabinets of artists of Ukrainian culture of XX century: writers - A. Holovko, A. Malyshko, I. Mykytenko, P. Panch, L. Pervomayskiy, N. Rybak, U. Smolych, M. Stel’makh, U. Yanovskiy, film director – A. Dovzhenko, composer P. Mayboroda, artist N. Hlushchenko. Department of “Literary artistic Plyuty” is a separate structural subdivision of CSAMLA of Ukraine, which is situated in village Plyuty in Obukhiv district, Kiev region, ( the former literary memorial museum of dramatist A. Korneychuk and writer V. Vasylevskaya).
There concentrated funds of state establishments, creative unions and public organizations in the archive, including funds of establishments, which were operating in XIX and beginning of XX centuries: “The Direction of Kiev Permanent Theatre”, “Kiev department of Russian Musical Community”, “Kiev Community of encouragement of arts”, “Kiev community of antiquities and arts”, etc.; pre-war period – “The Incorporated Theatrical Trust”, “The state Polish Theatre”, publishing houses “Gart”, “Rukh”, “Zapadnaya Ukraina”, “Chervona Ukraina”, co-operative society “Khudozhnik”, “Ukrkoopkhudozhnik” etc.; post-war period – funds of Committee on State Bonuses named after T.H. Shevchenko, publishing houses “Sovetskiy Pisatel’”, “Dnepr”, “Iskusstvo”, “Musikal’naya Ukraina”, “Raduga”, “Isobrasitelnoe Iskusstvo”, “Ukrainskiy Teatr”, “Musika”, Ukrainian tour and concert organization “Ukrconcert”, theatrical collectives and film studios of Ukraine.
Funds of creative unions and organizations of writers, composers, artists, architects, journalists, cinematographers and theatre artists are kept there. There are manuscripts, memories, diaries, personal documents of artists, their epistolary legacy, graphic materials etc., in funds of personal origin. The history of Ukrainian culture of second half of XVIII and beginning of XX centuries is presented in funds of T.H. Shevchenko, I.Y. Franko, also I.A. Alchevskiy, N.N. Arkas, V.I. and S.V. Beretti, B.D. Grinchenko, M.K. Zankovetska, I.S. Izhakevich, F.S. Krasitskiy, M.L. Kropivnitskiy, U.M. Mayakovskiy, I.S. Nechui-Levitskiy, K.G. Stetsenko, S.V. Tobilevich, M.A. Tutkovskiy, Marko Cheremshyna.
98 personal funds of pre-war period are kept in archive-museum, in particular the ones of G.N. Beklemishev, V.P. Bobinskiy, M.P. Vasylenko, V.M. Verhovinets, I.D. Dneprovskiy, M.I. Donets, O.F. Dosvitniy, N.A. Drai-Khmara, M.K. Zerov, P.I. Kapelhorodskiy, G.M. Kosynka, V.G. Kostenko, M.G. Kulish, N.N. Mohilanskiy, V.P. Pidmohilniy, M.A. Plevako, E.P. Pluzhnik, V.L. Polishchuk, M.G. Hvileviy, G.M. Hotkevich.
325 personal funds are of post-war period. Among them – archives of O.T. Honchar, K.V. Belokur, M.S. Vingranovskiy, Z.M. Hayday, A.S. Horskoy, E.P. Hutsalo, I.F. Drach, V.S. Zemlyak, M.H. Kotsyubinskiy, G.I. and P.I. Mayboroda, A.S. Malyshko, I.V. Mykolaychuk, L.N. Novichenko, B.I. Oleynik, S.I. Oleynik, D.V. Pavlychko, M.A. Prymachenko, L.A. Rudenko, E.A Sverstyuk, I.A. Svetlichniy, V.A Symonenko, N.F. Stelmakh, V.S. Stus, T.N. Yablonskaya.
429 funds of archive-museum show different periods of literary artistic process in Ukraine during XX century. Among them you can see the most complete personal funds of P. Tychina and also other artists of culture , including B.D. Antonenko-Davydovich, I.P.Bahryaniy, M.P. Bazhan, A.I. Beletskiy, A.M. Buchma, Ostap Vyshnya, M.P. Hlushchenko, A.V. Holovko, A.P. Dovzhenko, I.P. Kavaleridze, P.O. Kozitskiy, M.M. Krushelnitskiy, S.P. Lyudkevich, B. Lyatoshinskiy, U.A. Mezhenko, A.T. Pavlenko, P.I. Panch, A.G. Petrytskiy, L.M. Revutskiy, V.N. Sosyura, N.V. Surovtseva, Z.P. Tulub, G.P. Yura, O.P. Yurskiy, U.I. Yanovskiy.
The separate fund of archive-museum consists of “Documents of artists of literature and art from department archive of Public Prosecutor office, of court and KGB of USSR Organs” (1962-1990).
The archive-museum also keeps 183 personal funds of period of independence. Starting from 1991 the archive-museum has been actively filled with documents of artists of literature and art of Ukrainian Diaspora from Australia, Brazil, Canada, USA, FRG, France and other countries : Ivan Bahryaniy (USA), Vera Vovk (Brazil), O.N. Hay-Holovko (Canada), I.A. Koshelivets (Germany), L.M. Morozova (USA), D.V. Nytchenko (Australia), V.P. Nekrasov (France), Anna Cheryn’ (USA), Yuriy Kosach (USA) etc. Distinctive feature of these funds is huge amount of epistolary correspondence, which present literary artistic and domestic life of Ukrainian Diaspora, activity of such parties and public organizations as The World Congress of Free Ukrainian People, The Committee of Ukrainian Canada, The League of liberation of Ukraine, The Association of former warriors of UPA, The Union of Ukrainian Samostiyniki, The League of Ukrainian Catholic Women, The Association of Lemky of Canada, The Association of Ukrainian Democratic Young People etc.
